Insurance

We are providers for most insurance plans, and we also accept Medicare assignment. As a courtesy, we will call a patient's insurance company to verify benefits prior to the first visit.

However, insurance companies will state verbal approval of benefits but this does not guarantee payment. We highly suggest every patient review their plan's written therapy benefits before their first appointment.
